TRAINING: Customer Relationship Management

CCIFG in collaboration with The Capital Group hosted an Open-House Training on the 18th & 19th of November 2021

On the 18th and 19th of November, CCIFG in collaboration with The Capital Group organized an Open-House training on the topic "Customer Relationship Management".

This two-day capacity building programme enables companies and their leaders to develop competencies and skills that can make them more effective and sustainable.

15 participants were in attendance from various companies namely Marina Market, Bureau Veritas, Cargill, CFAO, Japan Motors, CMA-CGM Group and INAMAR Limited/Double Gamma.

All participants were provided with a Certificate of Participation at the end of the training programme.
