CCIFG, GNBCC, AHK Ghana, Ghana Belgium Business Club & European Chamber of Commerce in Ghana Host Business Breakfast on Ghana’s Business Climate After the Elections

On March 27, 2025, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry France Ghana (CCIFG), the Ghana Netherlands Business & Culture Council (GNBCC), AHK Ghana, the Ghana Belgium Business Club, and the European Chamber of Commerce in Ghana convened a high-level Business Breakfast at Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast City, Accra.

The gathering brought together key stakeholders from the private and public sectors to assess Ghana’s economic trajectory following the 2024 elections. Discussions centered on regulatory reforms, the evolving business environment, and strategies for fostering growth amid changing policies.

Distinguished speakers Simon Madjie, CEO of the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC), and Vish Ashiagbor, Senior Partner at PwC Ghana, provided in-depth analyses of Ghana’s macroeconomic landscape. Key topics included inflation trends, currency stability, and the impact of new government policies such as amendments to the GIPC Act, tax reforms, and local content regulations. PwC’s latest survey findings were also presented, shedding light on business confidence levels and sectoral opportunities.

The interactive session encouraged participants to share insights on investment prospects, operational challenges, and strategic adaptations required to navigate the evolving regulatory framework. The event concluded with a networking session, facilitating meaningful engagements and collaborations among attendees.
