Foreign Companies and Ghanaian Labour Law
On March 26th 2024, CCI France Ghana hosted a Legal Roundtable Discussion which delved into the intricacies of the Ghanaian Labour Law as it pertains to foreign companies operating within the nation. Facilitated by Cephas Tettey Omenyo from Alexander & Partner, the session proved to be an interactive forum for members.
It was a platform for meaningful interactions and knowledge-sharing among attendees. Participants had the opportunity to pose questions and share experiences. Participants left the session equipped with practical insights and knowledge to navigate the complexities of labour relations in the Ghanaian context.
