CCIFG On-Site Visit: MDS-Lancet
CCIFG organised an on-site visit to MDS-Lancet Laboratories Ghana Limited
On the 16th of June, members of CCIFG visited and toured MDS-Lancet in East Legon, which has been in operation over 12 years of Diagnostic Excellence support to the medical fraternity in Ghana and Sub-Saharan Africa.
MDS- Lancet Laboratories is an ISO 15189:2012 Accredited Medical Laboratory and the leading private medical laboratory in Ghana. They provide comprehensive Medical Diagnostics in association with QUEST MEDICAL IMAGING and have over 30 networked branches and collection points across the country. They operate in both the Public and Private Healthcare Environments and provide Specialist Medical Laboratory Services for; Hospitals, Clinicians, Corporate Groups, NGOs, Insurances, Educational Institutions, Research Teams, and Occupational Health Establishments.
After an insightful presentation from the CEO, Dr. Paul Sekyere-Nyantakyi, members were shown around the many departments of the laboratory and how it operates.
