CCIFG Hosts Feminist Leadership Workshop to commemorate International Women's Day 2024

On Wednesday, March 13th 2024, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry France Ghana (CCIFG) hosted a groundbreaking Feminist Leadership Workshop, facilitated by Genevieve Partington, the Country Director of Amnesty International Ghana. The event drew together 20 women from various member companies eager to explore the transformative potential of feminist leadership.

The event saw engaging discussions, interactive sessions, and insightful presentations aimed at empowering participants to integrate feminist leadership principles into their respective roles and organizations.

Feminist leadership, with its focus on equity, inclusion, and empowerment, offers a progressive framework for redefining traditional notions of leadership within the workplace.
