BPA BUSINESS UPDATE 📈📥

B & P ASSOCIATES keenly promotes the ease of doing business in Ghana...

The CyberSecurity Authority has issued a stern directive to all CyberSecurity Service Providers (CSPs), CyberSecurity Establishments (CEs), and CyberSecurity Professionals (CPs) operating without licenses or accreditation.

This follows the December 31st deadline earlier issued to CSPs, CEs and CPs to obtain a license or accreditation to legally operate in Ghana.

Accordingly, all CSPs, CEs and CPs who are operating without a licence or accreditation are encouraged to seek the necessary authorisation or face the full rigors of the law.
