CCI France Ghana is delighted to welcome Advans to the chamber

Advans Ghana is a leading financial institution committed to providing tailored financial services primarily to micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) with limited access to formal banking services in Ghana. Licensed by the Bank of Ghana in 2008, Advans Ghana opened its first branch in October 2008 and now operates a network of 19 branches across 8 regions: Greater Accra, Ashanti, Brong, Ahafo, Volta, Northern, Central, and Eastern.

Advans Ghana is a subsidiary of the Advans Group, headquartered in Paris with a presence in 9 countries across Africa and Asia, serving more than 1.3 million clients with a gross loan portfolio over 1.7Bn EUR.

In Ghana, Advans serves over 130,000 clients with a team of over 600 staff. In 2024 only, it has disbursed GHS 400 million and will reach over 600 million before December, ending the year with a gross loan portfolio over GHS 350 million and a deposit portfolio of over GHS 260 million. In 2023, Advans Ghana received over 11 awards, including the 65th ranking in Ghana Club 100, Savings and Loans Company of the Year at the Ghana Business Awards, and Sustainability & Social Investment awards in financial literacy, inclusion, and agri-business support.

Advans Ghana is committed to having a long-term impact on its clients and beyond. We recently launched our gender program to help our women entrepreneurs who represent 60% of our loan portfolio to develop and upscale. We defined a very strong climate roadmap aimed at developing the resilience of our clients against climate change. Finally, we recently attained the ISO 27001 certification, the internationally recognized standard for information security management, affirming the commitment of Advans Ghana to maintaining the highest standards of information management systems
