GIPC: Cocoa Value Chain Investment Meeting 2021

The Ghana Investment Promotion Centre in partnership with the Gauteng Growth & Development Agency (GGDA), will host the maiden edition of the Cocoa Value Chain Investment Meeting to highlight investment opportunities in the cocoa sector and the entirety of its value chain.

The Focus of the event is to:

• create awareness especially among targeted investor audiences and present an overview of the status of the cocoa industry in Ghana, Africa and the world
• highlight investment opportunities along the value chain for leveraging by local and foreign investors and the opportunities provided by AfCFTA for the Ghanaian cocoa industry
• communicate current policy interventions and governments support being rolled out for the growth and stability of the sector
• encourage B2B engagements between local and foreign industry players and investors beyond the event
• collate impressions and feedback from industry players towards policy consideration by industry regulators
