Cocktails: Martel Surfer & The Dictator

 

Taste your delicious dish within 25 min and sip your cocktails within 15 min

Ingredients:

Choco Plantain and Duck Wraps

  • Roasted duck   75g
  • 1 Tortilla bread
  • Sliced riped plantain 100g
  • Avocado   50g
  • Cucumber   25g
  • Carrot   25g
  • Lettuce   15g
  • Chocolate spread   15g
  • Mayonnaise   15g
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Mixed salad and chocolate shavings for garnish

**Can use duck or chicken breast for this dish

Martell Surfer

  • Martell VS 50ml
  • Pineapple Juice 75ml
  • Coconut water 75ml
  • Ginger Syrup 12.5ml

The Dictator

  • Martell VSOP -50ml
  • Tripple sec-20ml
  • Lemon juice-20ml
  • Orgeat syrup-5ml
  • Blue berries -6 pieces
