The Bolloré Group has received a spontaneous offer from the CMA CGM Group for the acquisition of its freight forwarding and logistics activities grouped together in Bolloré Logistics. Preliminary discussions will be opened to study this project.

The outlook for freight demand requires us today to be a global player, with a global geographical presence and local know-how. We want to continue to support our customers in their international development by delivering tailor-made, competitive, agile and innovative solutions.

The merger of Bolloré Logistics with CEVA Logistics, a subsidiary of the CMA CGM Group, in particular thanks to the complementarity of their activities and their networks, would pursue these same objectives.

At this stage, this offer is a project which, if successful, will take several months to implement.

The continuity of operations and the respect of our commitments remain the priority of Bolloré Logistics.
