We are excited to announce that Motito was crowned the winner of the KPMG Private Enterprise Tech Innovator competition in Ghana!
It was a tough competition. Following a total of six pitchers throughout the competition and a final event on 25 July 2023 where they faced off against PayBox and GEM Industrial Solutions Ltd. Motito came out on top with an amazing technology breakthrough and a bold and ambitious growth plan.
Our judging panel - Jacqueline Hanson-Kotei (Senior Manager – Enterprise Information Security and Governance, MTN Ghana), Tunji Odumuboni (Executive Director at EMTECH) and Martin Kwame Awagah (President, Ghana Fintech and Payments Association) were impressed by the innovations of all the competitors, particularly those that Motito is offering to consumers. The competition was hosted by Sam Aluko (KPMG Partner, Technology and Digital Transformation) and moderated by Akisi Ackah (KPMG Head, Sales and Markets).
Join us to congratulate Motito who will be representing Ghana at the Global Tech Innovator competition in Lisbon, Portugal between 13 and 16 November 2023 and will be competing against the winners from twenty-three other countries.
