Goldkey Properties receives 2 International Property Awards

Goldkey Properties Limited has been awarded by the African Property Awards Development with two separate awards: Mixed-use Development (Ghana) for Cantonments City project 2017/2018; and Best Mixed-use Development (Ghana) 2017/2018.

The International Property Awards is a world-renowned mark of excellence which seeks to celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry around the globe. The awards are split into regions covering Africa, Asia Pacific, Arabia, Canada, Caribbean, Central & South America, Europe, UK and USA.

Participants enter at their regional levels and are judged by a highly-experienced team of professionals who cover the whole range of property disciplines. Companies selected as winners are then invited to attend a glittering awards dinner for each region. The highest-scoring winners from each region are automatically entered into the overall International Awards, which ultimately determine the world’s finest property companies and consultants.

Goldkey Properties Limited very aware of the design and sustainability of the Cantonments City project decided to enter in this year’s competition in the category of mixed used development in Ghana. Cantonments City was awarded with the best mixed used development in Ghana, received a Five (5) star award for scoring very high marks in that category and further nominated as the best mixed used development in Africa for the main international awards to be held in London this October.
