On Monday, October 27th 2023, Allianz Life Ghana organized a micro insurance training dubbed ‘Resilient Me’ for its Management team.
The aim of the training was to equip employees with practical knowledge to design tailor-made microinsurance products based on customer surveys.
The facilitator, Anne Kamau, Co-Founder and Director of AB Entheons, used the game, 'Resilient Me' to encourage strategic thinking for product development and relationship building with customers.
The real-life nature of the game which involved managing an individual's household income, expenses, and the relevance of life insurance policies, made the training so practical and fun.
