Accra City Hotel, a 196-room hotel located in the heart of the city in Accra have introduced their latest complimentary guest service, “handy” smartphone which provides guests with unlimited 3G internet, local and international calls and an Accra city guide.

Each “handy” smartphone is personalized for guests upon check-in and can be used both in the hotel and on the go to provide guests with a unique experience, ensuring seamless connectivity and convenience at all times. 

Guests can now enjoy unlimited 3G data and unlimited local and international calls to five destinations – Nigeria, United Kingdom, United States of America, Germany and India. Handy is preloaded with useful applications such as interactive maps, an Accra city guide, attractions, sightseeing spots and restaurant recommendations, the best deals in Accra as well as other features so that guests can have access to all the local information at no additional cost. 

In addition, guests can easily access and stay connected with the hotel’s on-going promotions, facilities, food and beverage outlets, services, telephone contact list and location. At a click of a button, the “handy” phone is able to provide directions and information on how to travel to a particular destination and back to the hotel. 

To ensure the privacy and protection of guest information, all guest personal data, login passwords, browsing history, other usages records and additional applications downloaded will be deleted from the device upon check-out. The smartphone is then reset to its original settings for the usage of the next guest.
