Date: Friday 29th May, from 5.30 pm to 6pm
Dish: Prawn Tagliatelle with its Saffron White Wine Sauce
Prepare and chop listed ingredients before the class

Ingredients: Serves 2 pax
- - Tagliatelle 5 raw bundles
- - Jumbo prawns 8-10 each pending on the size
- - Fresh broccoli 8 floret’s (1 broccoli )
- - Fresh basil 8 leaves
- - Fresh dill 5 sprigs
- - Chives 4 pieces
- - Salt pinch
- - Black crushed pepper ½ tsp
- - Olive oil dash
- - Onions half
- - Paprika 1 tsp
- - Lemon 1 piece
- - White wine 1 cup
- - Prawn stock heads of the prawns
- - Cream 1 tbls
- - Saffron 7 strands
- - Turmeric if you don’t have saffron ¼ tsp
- - Tomato 2 medium size
- Butter 25gr
