Dish: Jollof Arancini & Wagashi Bites
- Prepare and chop listed ingredients before the class
- Taste your delicious dish within 30 minutes
Ingredients
Jollof Arancini Ball
- 500 gms - Cooked jollof rice
- 20 gms - Spring onions
- 30 gms - Chicken or Beef (Optional)
- 50 gms - Mozzarella cheese
- 200 gms -Breadcrumbs
- 06 Nos - Eggs
- To taste - Salt & Pepper
- Accompaniment: Tomato & tomato dip / Green salad
Wagashi-Local Cheese
- 3 lits - Full fat milk
- 1 tsp -Lemon or Vinegar
- to Taste - Salt
- 05 gms - Cayenne Pepper
- 05 gms- Local spices
- 10 ml - Honey / Maple syrup
