- Red Kpakposhito 20 gms
- Cayenne Pepper 20 gms
Grill Red Snapper
- Onions 30 gms
- Green capsicum 20 gms
- Red Capsicum 20 gms
- Yellow capsicum 20 gms
- Salt 05 gms
Baked Tilapia
- Blanched tomato dices 20 gms
- Edamame beans 10 gms
- Finely chopped ginger 05 gms
- Finely chopped garlic 05 gms
- Finely chopped Onions 05 gms
- Lemon juice 15 gms
- Soya sauce 05 ml
- Oyster 05 ml
- Sesame oil 10 ml
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
Garnish
- Spring Onions 20 gms
- Carrots 10 gms
- Leeks 10 gms
- Coriander 05 gms
Butter Fish Paupitte
- Sweet potatoes 100 gms
- Sliced lemon 01 No
- Diced capsicum 10 gms
- Diced tomatoes 10 gms
- Parsley 05 gms
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
