Dish: Prawn Tagliatelle with its Saffron White Wine Sauce

Prepare and chop listed ingredients before the class

Taste your delicious dish within 30 minutes

 

 

 

 

Ingredients: Serves 2 pax

  • - Tagliatelle 5 raw bundles
  • - Jumbo prawns 8-10 each pending on the size
  • - Fresh broccoli 8 floret’s (1 broccoli )
  • - Fresh basil 8 leaves
  • - Fresh dill 5 sprigs
  • - Chives 4 pieces
  • - Salt pinch
  • - Black crushed pepper ½ tsp
  • - Olive oil dash
  • - Onions half
  • - Paprika 1 tsp
  • - Lemon 1 piece
  • - White wine 1 cup
  • - Prawn stock heads of the prawns
  • - Cream 1 tbls
  • - Saffron 7 strands
  • - Turmeric if you don’t have saffron ¼ tsp
  • - Tomato 2 medium size
  • Butter 25gr
