Dish: Rack of Lamb with Paprika Risotto

Cocktails: JSL & Jameson Espresso Martini

Ingredients:

 Rack of Lamb with Paprika Risotto

  • Rack of lamb ( butcher boys )
  • Green asparagus
  • Red capsicum
  • Risotto rice
  • Lamb stock
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Carrot
  • butter
  • Coconut milk
  • Seasoning
  • Onion
  • Rosemary (fresh)

Ingredients:

JSL

  • 50mlJameson
  • top with Sprite
  • Lime wedge

Jameson Espresso Martini

  • 45ml Jameson Black Barrel
  • 30ml Kahlua
  • 1 Espresso Shot (ordinary coffee will also be fine)
  • 10m Caramel Syrup
