  • sugar------65gms
  • whipped creams------330gms
  • gelatins-------6gms
  • Chocolate Glaze
  • dark chocolate ---25 gms                 
  • sugar----200gms
  • water----56gms
  • glucose-----38gms
  • coco powder-----80gms
  • Fresh cream------25gms
  • Gelatin-----25gms

  • fresh mango---40 gms   
  • dark chocolate ---50gms
  • pistachio-----15gms
