AKWAABA To Our New Member | GaiaCare

CCI France Ghana is delighted to welcome GaiaCare to the chamber
GaiaCare is a Ghanaian non-profit organization established in 2015 to help farmers adapt to climate change through sustainable, data-driven solutions.
Working across cocoa, oil palm, citrus, cashew, and other value chains, GaiaCare empowers farmers to adopt environmentally conscious practices that improve livelihoods and restore ecosystems. Its key interventions include agroforestry systems planting hundreds of thousands of trees across multiple communities, improved cookstoves that reduce fuelwood use and emissions, and beekeeping programs supporting farmers with hives for honey production and income generation.
GaiaCare also promotes financial inclusion through Village Savings and Loans Associations (VSLAs). The organization’s innovative, community-centered approach ensures high survival rates of planted trees and lasting environmental impact. By leveraging technology and partnerships with NGOs, local cooperatives, and private actors, GaiaCare monitors outcomes, strengthens climate-resilient supply chains, and supports sustainable rural development across Ghana.
